Pizzeria La Gitana is a two-location upscale pizza restaurant in Washington. They focus on authentic Italian cuisine with several ingredients imported from Italy, Spain and France. Pizzeria La Gitana uses organic ingredients and bakes their wood-fired pizzas on apple, cherry and pear wood to accentuate the taste.
