Greg Dukat is the Chief Executive Officer at Revel Systems. Greg is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space serving in executive roles focused on sales and operations, and has served as the chief executive for both publicly-traded and private technology and enterprise software companies. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President, and CEO of Comverge, the leading provider of integrated cloud-based demand response, energy efficiency, and customer engagement solutions for electric utilities. Throughout his career, Greg has accelerated growth in numerous organizations by navigating growth into new markets, driving product strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions, propelling effective sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating domestic and international partnerships.
Erick Kobres is the Chief Technology Officer of Revel Systems. Erick has 27 years of experience in the Consumer Transaction Technology space. Throughout his career, Erick has been a serial innovator and has a portfolio of 38 published and granted US and international related patents. He started his career developing back-of-house and POS applications for the convenience/petroleum space using the first generation of Intel-based open-systems retail technology. Erick went on to join NCR, while there he served in roles supporting a number of consumer verticals and also led NCR’s global Applied Innovation team, a technology incubator within NCR. Most recently Erick served 2 years as CTO and Head of Product at Vivonet.
As Revel Systems’ Chief Customer Office, Leslie Leaf oversees all aspects of the post-sale customer journey including support and account management. Leveraging her 20+ years of support-industry experience at Oracle, T-Mobile, and PwC, Leslie has grown and matured one of the best international teams in the business. Energetic and analytically minded with a background in IT, Leslie focuses on people, process, and technology improvements to minimize churn, improve customer satisfaction, and decrease support costs.
Art Beckman is the Chief Information Officer and SVP Operations at Revel systems. Art brings with him a strong history and wealth of knowledge in the technology industry with over 30 years of experience leading successful teams at Itron Inc., Comverge, Hewlett Packard (HP), Indus International, and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). Art is known for being a change agent and problem solver with a passion for technology. He is an innovative, thought leader with a proven record of managing large technology teams that deliver high quality solutions. He has also supported internal data center operations for large enterprises as well as supported hosting services for external customers. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Science. Other notable qualifications include graduating from the Program for Management Development at Harvard and serving on the boards of innovation and technology groups including Intel Corporation’s Corporate Advisory Board and the Nuclear Leadership Council.
David has more than 20 years of experience in building, developing and leading high technology Sales, Marketing, and Operations organizations. David’s experience includes marketing, selling and delivering Enterprise based Cloud solutions across numerous industry verticals including Restaurant, Retail, Utility, Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Financial Services. Most recently, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Comverge, the leading provider of integrated cloud-based demand response, energy efficiency, and customer engagement solutions for electric utilities. David’s career includes transforming numerous organizations into high-performance market leaders resulting in substantial outcomes for all stakeholders.
Josh Shultz is Revel’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of the SMB business. He oversees the SMB sales organization, international sales, the channel sales organization, and the Revel Advantage payment processing business. Since joining Revel, Josh spearheaded the launch and roll out of Revel Advantage, Revel’s payment processing service, which rounds out Revel’s full suite of merchant tools. Josh previously managed sales organizations with TransFirst and First Data, and has extensive leadership experience leading successful sales teams.
Josh is responsible for overseeing all technical and operational accounting at Revel Systems and brings over 15 years of experience in developing accounting teams, partnering with others to improve processes around the accounting and finance function, and ensuring compliance and controls to produce reliable financial statements. His most recent roles include Corporate Controller for Peet’s Coffee and was also part of two successful IPOs at Potbelly Corporation, where he served as Vice President & Corporate Controller, and Acquity Group Ltd. Before that, he oversaw the SEC reporting, technical accounting and tax area at Morton’s Restaurant Group. Josh is a Certified Public Accountant and spent an early part of his career with KPMG.
As SVP of Human Resources, Diane Brown oversees HR and recruiting for Revel Systems. Diane brings more than 25 years of human resource management experience and has expertise in working with small to medium size organizations to enhance organizational development and efficiencies within HR administration and implementation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. She brings a deep background in the technology sector, having worked for software and communications companies, including as Comverge, Ventyx, Nextel Communications, and Knowledgeware Inc.
Fernando Alvarez is the VP of Information Technology and Project Management Office at Revel systems. He has over 30 years’ experience as a manager and technology architect, working in the Utility, Retail, Manufacturing, and Local Government industries, with a focus on managing enterprise scale ERP and CRM systems. A strong believer in Lean Management principles, Fernando is known for leveraging technology to drive waste reduction and increase customer value. Fernando majored in Computer Science at the University of California at Berkeley and is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and American Mensa.
Mak Tadavani is the VP of Operations and Fulfillment at Revel Systems. For the past 22 years, Mak worked in corporate and field management for various companies and successfully managed 80 million dollar annual operations.
