Designed to maximize security, stability, ease of use, and service delivery, Revel’s ecosystem replaces bulky, expensive legacy solutions with a quick, intuitive iOS-based POS platform that combines cloud-based technology and the mobility of the iPad. Josh Schultz - Senior Vice President and General Manager of the SMB Business

Senior Vice President and General Manager of the SMB Business

Josh Shultz is Revel’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of the SMB business. He oversees the SMB sales organization, international sales, the channel sales organization, and the Revel Advantage payment processing business. Since joining Revel, Josh spearheaded the launch and roll out of Revel Advantage, Revel’s payment processing service, which rounds out Revel’s full suite of merchant tools. Josh previously managed sales organizations with TransFirst and First Data, and has extensive leadership experience leading successful sales teams.

Scott Betts - CEO
Scott Betts

Scott Betts is the Chief Executive Officer at Revel Systems. Scott has extensive experience across business functions and within the technology and engineering spaces, making him an exciting addition to lead Revel forward in their next phase of growth. Scott started his career at Procter and Gamble where he held roles in product, proprietary process development, brand management, and marketing. After 25 years, he left P&G to join First Data Corporation based in Denver. While there, he was responsible for the US payments business, which included the acquisition of the Star debit network and terminal deployment. In 2007, Scott accepted the role as CEO of Global Cash Access, a cash access provider for the worldwide casino industry. While there, he helped build a business around a proprietary POS for the casino floor that integrated data mining, business support, marketing and cash access.

Erick Kobres - Chief Technology Officer

Erick Kobres is the Chief Technology Officer of Revel Systems. Erick has 27 years of experience in the Consumer Transaction Technology space. Throughout his career, Erick has been a serial innovator and has a portfolio of 38 published and granted US and international related patents. He started his career developing back-of-house and POS applications for the convenience/petroleum space using the first generation of Intel-based open-systems retail technology. Erick went on to join NCR, while there he served in roles supporting a number of consumer verticals and also led NCR’s global Applied Innovation team, a technology incubator within NCR. Most recently Erick served 2 years as CTO and Head of Product at Vivonet.

Dan Madden - CFO
Dan Madden

Dan Madden is the Chief Financial Officer of Revel Systems. Dan brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience with multi-national public companies in a variety of technology sectors including software, life sciences, and communications equipment. Prior to joining Revel, Dan was the Chief Financial Officer at Cepheid, a leading molecular diagnostics company. Dan also served as the VP Finance & Corporate Controller at Symmetricom, where he led the company’s finance, accounting, and investor relations functions. Previously, Dan held financial leadership positions at Sonic Solutions, Advanced Fibre Communications, and McKesson. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career with Ernst & Young.

Christiana Khostovan - General Counsel

Christiana Khostovan is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Revel Systems. She serves on the company’s Executive Team and oversees all legal matters, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation, securities compliance, data security and privacy, and employment. Christiana joined Revel from Franklin Templeton Companies, LLC where she served as SVP and Chief Legal Officer and was responsible for building the global technology and commercial transactions practice for 150 entities in 42 countries. Christiana served on the board of Golden Gate University School of Law and now serves on the Board of Crystal Springs Uplands School. She is admitted to State Bar of California, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

As Revel Systems’ Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success, Leslie Leaf oversees all aspects of the post-sale customer journey including support and account management. Leveraging her 20+ years of support-industry experience at Oracle, T-Mobile, and PwC, Leslie has grown and matured one of the best international teams in the business. Energetic and analytically minded with a background in IT, Leslie focuses on people, process, and technology improvements to minimize churn, improve customer satisfaction, and decrease support costs. John Carroll is the Vice President of Enterprise Professional Services of Revel Systems. John’s experience in providing professional services spans 25 years starting with ReMACS acquired by Radiant Systems in the late 1990’s. Radiant Systems spun off Bluecube software which was one of the very first web architected Back Office/WFM systems available. John played a key role in product management, sales, and services at Bluecube, RedPrairie, and JDA. John also brings international experience having lead professional services teams in Great Britain and Cape Town, South Africa.
