The Popeyes' brand was founded in Louisiana in 1972 and has grown to over 2,000 restaurants worldwide. Popeyes is the world’s second largest quick-service chicken concept and differentiates itself with a southern style menu. Vik Sharma came to Revel to help find a POS solution for his two San Jose locations, and learned that it would speed up both training time and order processing.

Sharma purchased Kitchen Display Systems for his stores to streamline the time it takes from when a customer submits an order to when they receive their food.
