Client Success Manager

As the Client Success Manager, you are responsible for onboarding, setting up and managing a portfolio of clients. You strive to understand each client’s business, own relationships, facilitate onboarding activities, and provide regular updates and guidance. By creating strong relationships with our clients, you will keep them informed on our new features and functionalities.  Your goal is to ensure our clients success.

Product Manager
San Francisco
This position directs and performs all aspects of product development, product changes and product promotions including development procedures, specifying components, packaging and header design, product positioning, pricing, catalog and sell sheet copy, training aides and point of purchase merchandisers.

Sales Executive
Los Angeles, New York
This position will be responsible for customer- company relationship and satisfaction and being the first point of contact and representation of Revel Systems. The role focuses heavily on providing prospect clients a deep understanding of the company’s product and service and close qualified lead accounts.

DevOps Engineer
San Francisco
As DevOps Engineer, you would support all of Revel Systems’ backend systems. This position works with other teams to make sure that the infrastructure and applications that depend on it work together seamlessly. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving all sorts of technical problems, introducing automation tools for day-to-day operations and monitoring Revel services.

Lead Generation Specialist
San Francisco, Phoenix
As a lead generator you will be canvassing and responding to lead generation efforts, developing customer relationships, driving new business, and establishing Revel as a trusted business partner. Develop new business opportunities and prospect potential clients through personal networking and company’s social media outlets. Educate potential clients about the strengths of the Revel product and follow up with leads.
