Lisa Falzone, CEO and Co-Founder
Lisa Falzone is the CEO and co-founder at Revel Systems. A graduate of Stanford University where she was a competitive swimmer, Lisa led her Silicon Valley startup since its creation and has been pivotal in turning the often “old school” perception of Point of Sale on its head, beating out established competitors and new market entrants alike. Lisa’s achievements as a young female entrepreneur have been recognised through numerous prestigious awards such as Forbes ’30 Under 30’, Forbes ‘Women To Watch: 8 Rising Stars’, Business Insider ‘30 Most Important Women Under 30 In Tech’, San Francisco Business Times ‘40 Under 40’, and Business Journal ‘Upstart 100’.
Christopher Ciabarra, CTO and Co-Founder
Christopher Ciabarra is the CTO and co-founder at Revel Systems. Chris developed the technology behind Revel iPad Point of Sale and continues to lead the technological advancements and security of the system. He is an anti-hacker expert and has a strong background in PCI compliance and P2PE. In addition to his ongoing development of Revel iPad Point of Sale, Chris’s list of inventions and designs include the Revel Ethernet Connect, Interceptor.net, Scan-On-the-Go Secure, Adrenaline (app), and NanoStealth. Chris holds a MBA from Alvernia College and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
Bobby Marhamat, CRO
Bobby Marhamat is the CRO at Revel Systems and spearheads business development, marketing, sales, operations, and fulfillment. Bobby is responsible for all revenue generation processes and has over 20 years of experience in executing growth strategies for both small businesses and enterprises. During his 2-year stint as VP of Sales at Revel Systems, he successfully grew the sales department by over 300%. He has increased exposure and ROI for a number of Fortune 500 companies and startups, including Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Verizon Wireless EVO². An entrepreneur at heart, Bobby created his first company when he was 9 years old and continues to drive his passion for results and business growth. Bobby holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in addition to a professional leadership series in negotiation from Stanford University.
Marius Domokos, VP of Corporate Development and General Counsel
Marius Domokos is the VP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Revel Systems. Marius handles strategic business relationships and legal matters across the entire organization and Point of Sale industry. He specializes in managing investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, general legal issues, patent portfolios, and litigation and dispute resolutions. With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Marius has represented major technology companies, including Intel and KLA-Tencor. Marius holds a JD in technology law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a MS and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
Jimmy Ryan, VP of Customer Advocacy
Jimmy Ryan is the VP of Customer Advocacy at Revel Systems. Ryan’s role is unique within the company and there are few like it in any industry. It underscores Revel’s commitment to being customer-centric and helps protect what’s most important. Prior to joining Revel Systems, Ryan was President and COO of CREAM Inc., a national franchise organization. Ryan led overall strategy, support, and direction of the company as it scaled nationally. Ryan also held a number of leadership positions, including Head of Operations at both Fish Six RC and OOC Inc. and VP of Business Development for LoyalBucks (mobile loyalty). A graduate of University of Colorado, he is an avid skier, surfer, and loves to travel.
Leslie Lief, VP of Support
Leslie Leaf is the VP of Support at Revel Systems. Leslie has worked in the support industry for the last 15+ years, managing teams internationally. She was previously Director of Business Operations at Oracle, where she proved she was an effective senior leader and assisted with the global realignment of 900 support personnel into a global model. Leslie is analytically-minded with a background in IT, giving her the tools to quickly master Revel products and revamp Revel Systems’ global support. She assures that Revel System’s implements the most effective processes to deliver superior customer service experience, across both technical and non-technical customer needs.
Mak Tadavani, VP of Fulfillment
Mak Tadavani is the VP of Fulfillment at Revel Systems. For the past 22 years, Mak worked in corporate and field management for various companies and successfully managed 80 million dollar annual operations. Mak has held different senior management positions, including District Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and VP of Sales and Operations, throughout his career and assisted companies throughout their growth from 80 locations to 400 and efficacious IPO. Mak successfully managed an acquisition, integrations, and complex transitions. He also created and fostered career development and growth tracks for management at different companies. Mak holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of South Carolina.
Daiva Urbanaviciene, VP of Global Support Operations
Daiva Urbanaviciene is the VP of Global Support Operations at Revel Systems and has been a part of the team since November 2015. Daiva graduated as an engineer (MSc.) from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. She has 20-year managerial experience in telecommunications, IT, energy sector, hi-tech and business management consultancy, from which 15 years have been focused on customer support. During her career she opened 7 customer support centres with over 800 people. As a former CEO, Daiva was a driving force in the establishment of new private businesses and governmental companies. She was awarded as the best business woman in Lithuania by Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts twice.
