Greg Dukat is the Chief Executive Officer at Revel Systems. Greg is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space serving in executive roles focused on sales and operations, and has served as the chief executive for both publicly-traded and private technology and enterprise software companies. Most recently, Greg was the Chairman, President, and CEO of Comverge, the leading provider of integrated cloud-based demand response, energy efficiency, and customer engagement solutions for electric utilities. Throughout his career, Greg has accelerated growth in numerous organizations by navigating growth into new markets, driving product strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions, propelling effective sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating domestic and international partnerships.

As Revel Systems’ Chief Customer Officer, Leslie Leaf oversees all aspects of the post-sale customer journey including support and account management. Leveraging her 20+ years of support-industry experience at Oracle, T-Mobile, and PwC, Leslie has grown and matured one of the best international teams in the business. Energetic and analytically minded with a background in IT, Leslie focuses on people, process, and technology improvements to minimize churn, improve customer satisfaction, and decrease support costs.

Chris Lybeer is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Revel Systems. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the retail technology industry to Revel. Prior to joining Revel, Chris served as the COO for Kredible, a digital marketing company that was acquired by AdvisorEngine and as the VP of Strategic Development for NCR, focusing on innovation, partnerships, and M&A. Over 15 years with Radiant Systems, which was acquired by NCR, Chris held a variety of roles including President of the Specialty Retail Division and EVP of the Convenience Store Division. Starting his career as a computer engineer with NCR, Chris ultimately led the entire software development organization for their retail business. He also serves on the board of directors for Giving Kitchen, a James Beard award-winning non-profit that provides emergency assistance for food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources. Chris is passionate about driving customer satisfaction while also continuously bringing value and innovation to the market.

Art Beckman is the Chief Information and Technology Officer and SVP Operations at Revel Systems. Art brings with him a strong history and wealth of knowledge in the technology industry with over 30 years of experience leading successful teams at Itron Inc., Comverge, Hewlett Packard (HP), Indus International, and Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). Art is known for being a change agent and problem solver with a passion for technology. He is an innovative, thought leader with a proven record of managing large technology teams that deliver high quality solutions. He has also supported internal data center operations for large enterprises as well as supported hosting services for external customers.

Josh is responsible for overseeing all technical and operational accounting at Revel Systems and brings over 15 years of experience in developing accounting teams, partnering with others to improve processes around the accounting and finance function, and ensuring compliance and controls to produce reliable financial statements. His most recent roles include Corporate Controller for Peet’s Coffee and was also part of two successful IPOs at Potbelly Corporation, where he served as Vice President & Corporate Controller, and Acquity Group Ltd. Before that, he oversaw the SEC reporting, technical accounting and tax area at Morton’s Restaurant Group. Josh is a Certified Public Accountant and spent an early part of his career with KPMG.

As the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Revel Systems, Tracy oversees all legal and corporate secretarial matters for the company. Tracy is an accomplished business leader and General Counsel with more than twenty-three years experience advising clients, including boards of directors and executive management for both public and privately held companies. Tracy's expertise includes complex commercial contracts, employment matters, litigation, intellectual property, board governance and risk and resource management. She also brings a deep background in the technology and software sector, having most recently worked with cutting-edge companies such as Comverge, Inc., InteliSecure, Inc. and MediaPro Holdings, LLC.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Revel Systems, Diane Brown oversees HR and recruiting. Diane brings more than 25 years of human resource management experience and has expertise in working with small to medium size organizations to enhance organizational development and efficiencies within HR administration and implementation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. She brings a deep background in the technology sector, having worked for software and communications companies, including Comverge, Ventyx, Nextel Communications, and Knowledgeware Inc.

Josh Shultz is Revel’s Senior Vice President of channel and payments. In this role, he oversees the channel sales organization, and the Revel Advantage payment processing business. Since joining Revel, Josh spearheaded the launch and roll out of Revel Advantage, Revel’s payment processing service, which rounds out Revel’s full suite of merchant tools. Josh previously managed sales organizations with TransFirst and First Data, and has extensive leadership experience leading successful sales teams.

As Vice President of Sales at Revel Systems, Matthew Savage oversees SMB sales for the organization. With over 30 years of sales experience, Matt most recently led sales for IBM Watson’s customer engagement team, and also spent time at SAP America as Vice President of Sales for their enterprise and emerging growth market. As a sales veteran in the technology industry, Matt is passionate about developing high-performing sales executives that drive consistent and predictable revenue streams.

Jake Berkowitz is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Revel Systems and currently oversees enterprise sales, as well as the sales engineering group. During his tenure at Revel, he’s been responsible for winning some of the company’s key accounts, and has built Revel’s enterprise division from the ground up. Prior to joining Revel, Jake oversaw new market launches for Cake (formerly Leapset), and played a role in the company’s successful acquisition by Sysco Foods. He brings with him a deep understanding of restaurant and retail industries, cultivated from over 10 years of selling experience.
